Business Development & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the organisation’s business development and marketing activities. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and provide support across client development, marketing initiatives, events, proposals and general BD projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of business proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist with the planning and execution of client events, seminars, conferences and other corporate activities.
• Coordinate industry and professional directory submissions and maintain relevant records and deadlines.
• Maintain updated information on key projects, transactions and business activities.
• Assist with client communications, newsletters, publications and marketing content.
• Maintain marketing databases, profiles, credentials and other BD materials.
• Support corporate memberships, sponsorships and external engagement activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain information and coordinate BD initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Business Development and Marketing team.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law or a related discipline.
• 1-4 years of working experience is preferred, although fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Experience in professional services, marketing, communications, events or other client-facing environments would be an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in business, professional services and corporate environments.
