Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate measurement and quantity surveying tasks for term maintenance contracts

• Prepare and verify cost estimates, valuations, and payment applications

• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of measurements for contract works

• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements

Requirements:

• Corporate Member of MHKIE (Civil Discipline) or equivalent; OR

• Corporate Member of HKIS (Quantity Surveying Discipline) or equivalent; AND

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
