Responsibilities
We are looking for a Barista / Front-of-House team member who is passionate about coffee and beverages, while also being comfortable supporting customer service and general FOH duties.
The ideal candidate is warm, responsible and service-minded, enjoys interacting with guests, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Job Responsibilities
Experience learning & crafting matcha, coffee and other beverages
Ensure proper portioning, presentation and quality control for all beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, coffee station and FOH areas throughout the shift
Welcome and attend to customers warmly
Explain menu items and ordering process
Take customer orders and process payments
Serve food and beverages
Prepare selected food and drink items according to SOPs
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Support daily outlet operations and other ad-hoc duties
Working Hours
5 days work week
Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certification is mandatory
Positive and empathetic attitude towards work
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English
Able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
Able to commit weekends and public holidays where required
Prior F&B, cafe or hospitality experience
Possess the skills of a qualified barista
Experience in cashiering, customer service, coffee, matcha or beverage preparation
