Responsibilities
Job Description:
Assist the
Sales Manager
in managing and developing supermarket accounts.
Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Assist the Sales Manager in following up with key customers, sales enquiries, orders and business opportunities.
Assist in coordinating promotional activities, product listings and price updates with supermarket customers. Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports, analysing sales performance and monitoring targets.
Assist in identifying new customers and business opportunities.
Follow up on outstanding customer matters and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct market and competitor checks when required.
Perform other sales-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and management.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with experience/skills/knowledge in the FMCG industry and have handled modern trade under supermarkets
Relevant experience in Supermarket or handling category/buyer roles will be an advantage
You are willing to travel to assigned locations within Singapore
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & Power Point
