Job Summary

Join our technical/service team as a Watch Technician responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches to ensure high-quality after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches to identify service needs and faults
• Perform watch servicing, including movement maintenance, battery replacement, regulation, and testing to ensure optimal function
• Conduct quality control checks to verify repair accuracy and watch performance before returning to customers
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams to coordinate timely after-sales service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in watches to maintain service turnaround targets
• Work independently to manage workload and meet service deadlines with precision and attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Watchmaking or horology qualification to enhance technical expertise and service quality
