Job Responsibilities

• Maintain all QA records and documents in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDocP) standards.
• Conduct inspections on customers’ garments received from production and generate Feedback Alerts (FA) reports for customers.
• Prepare and deliver Laundry Testing reports based on the checklist provided by Customer Services.
• Prepare records and arrange for the disposal of garments that have been rejected or reached End-of-Life (EOL).
• Provide support for QA Supervisor/QC Inspector tasks when necessary.
• Assist the QA Supervisor with audit preparation by compiling the requested quality records.
• Report any nonconformance findings to the QA Supervisor/Officer.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by QA/Management as needed.

Minimum Requirement

SPM qualification with at least one year of relevant working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
