Job Nature

• Responsible for Residential Show Flats & Sales Office Design / Luxurious Residence & Clubhouse Design / Building Design

• Clients: Property Developers

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of working / construction drawings from space planning / concept development / shop drawing review and full set presentation

• Creative, aggressive, self-motivated & independent

• Good design sense and presentation skills

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma graduate in interior design or equivalent

• At least 2 years or above relevant experience, preferably in luxury residential / corporate / show flat projects

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Max

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• On site experience is preferred

• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure

• Available immediately is highly preferred
