Job Responsibilities:
Provide on site support to QS team;

Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation;

Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and cost estimates.

Evaluate and analyze contractor and supplier bids.

Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment;

Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement and

Handle ad-hoc activities as required.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

2+ years relevant experience in Government Projects or Public Institutions;

Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude
