Job Summary
Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory submissions, and employee payroll queries – ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Key Duties
- Process monthly payroll – compute salaries, overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions.
- Handle statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions; ensure timely filing by the 15th of each month.
- Maintain and update payroll records – new hires, terminations, salary changes, and employee master data.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other remuneration exercises.
- Maintain proper payroll documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
- Provide payroll support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
- Familiar with Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; payroll/HR system experience is a plus.
- Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
