Job Summary We are seeking a highly professional, articulate, and welcoming Receptionist to join our frontline operations and corporate support team. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the premier face and voice of our organization. You will be responsible for managing our corporate front desk, directing a high volume of inbound consumer and business inquiries, coordinating visitor check-ins, and providing essential clerical support to our real estate consultants and management units. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional interpersonal maturity and professional telephone etiquette with sharp record-keeping precision to maintain an immaculate, executive-ready office reception workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-Desk Concierge Management: Maintain a professional, welcoming, and immaculate reception area, professionally greeting and directing visiting clients, property developers, and corporate vendors.
- Telecommunications Control: Operate the central corporate phone system, handle high-volume inbound inquiries regarding property listings or consulting schedules, and route calls accurately to assigned property consultants.
- Visitor Verification & Safety Compliance: Manage visitor registration workflows, issue office access passes, and maintain accurate physical or digital visitor registries in compliance with corporate safety rules.
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Assist the operations and HR departments with routine clerical tasks, including sorting corporate mail, coordinating courier shipping distributions, and executing precise data entry tracking.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Oversee the master calendars for shared boardrooms, optimizing bookings for client briefings and internal team reviews while ensuring rooms are clean and setup for virtual configurations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and track inventory benchmarks for front-office materials, marketing brochures, and corporate pantry items, placing timely vendor reorders to prevent administrative gaps.
- Data Governance Adherence: Ensure all visitor records, call logs, and customer dataset interactions strictly comply with internal data security protocols and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE O-Level, Higher NITEC, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Corporate Communications, or a related professional discipline.
- Technical Skills: High competency in utilizing standard Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel for tracking sheets and Word for documentation tracking). Familiarity with basic office phone switchboards is required.
- Experience: Prior experience (2–4 years) in a corporate receptionist, front-office customer service, or high-touch hospitality role is required. Experience working within a real estate firm, agency, or corporate consultancy environment is a strong asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; a highly polished, approachable presentation style and outstanding interpersonal empathy.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,900.00 per month
