Pirata Group Hiring! Full Time Junior Cook -Junior Pastry Chef with Pane e Latte in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook and Junior Pastry chef to join Pane e Latte, our Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the stunning Stanley coast.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Setting up work sections
• Preparing hot and cold dishes
• Supporting your colleagues when needed
• Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in kitchen
• Possess a genuine interest in cooking
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
