We’re Hiring: Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Jalan Gombak, Setapak, KL

Do you have a passion for cars AND people? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and our workshop team – ensuring every customer drives away with a smile.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly face our customers meet when they walk in.
• Listen to customers’ needs and recommend the right service solutions.
• Prepare clear service quotations & keep customers updated on job progress.
• Work closely with our skilled technicians to deliver top-quality service.
• Handle feedback with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships with customers so they come back with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for cars and customer service.
• Good communicator with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in automotive service line is a plus (but fresh talent with the right attitude is welcome!).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, service system).
