Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the packaging materials wholesale sector.
Manage the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, price negotiation, contract discussions, and post-sales follow-up.
Manage and grow key corporate accounts by building long-term business relationships and maintaining sustainable profit margins.
Provide technical consultations to clients and recommend suitable packaging materials and customised solutions based on cost, functionality, and logistical requirements.
Prepare and review pricing structures, quotations, and cost analyses to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing movements, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including product positioning, promotional planning, and brand visibility within the wholesale market.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management reports.
Support management in business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Represent the company at industry-related meetings, trade discussions, and client negotiations.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
