• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve company objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and sales leads through by understanding customer requirements.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Perform canvassing and direct customer outreach to identify potential business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking events, and company marketing activities to generate leads and promote company products and services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers, and closely monitor opportunities to successfully close deals.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and software presentations to showcase product features, functionality, and benefits.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services and provide appropriate support when required.
• Record and maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in the course of executing the role.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements : -

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; IT/software sales experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good sales, business development and customer relationship skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport is an advantage
• Open to all levels – Fresh Graduate, Junior, Mid-Level & Senior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
