Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Business Development & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, school events, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Design marketing collateral including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, event materials, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate concepts into effective visual designs.
• Create graphics and content to support school events, campaigns, admissions activities, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the school’s branding guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
• Support content creation through basic photography, videography, and video editing when required.
• Manage and organise design files, templates, and creative assets to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media practices, and emerging creative tools to enhance content quality.
• Utilise AI tools and creative technologies to support graphic design, content creation, and improve design efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, branding, typography, and visual communication.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing will be an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Knowledge and experience in using AI tools to support graphic design, content creation, and creative work will be an added advantage.
