Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant / SME to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. The role will focus on SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce, including functional solution design, configuration, optimization and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration and implementation of SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce solutions.
• Act as the SAP Fieldglass SME and primary functional point of contact.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Contingent Workforce processes and Fieldglass usage.
• Collaborate with business, ERP, integration and technology teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Provide functional guidance, resolve complex issues and contribute to key solution decisions.
• Lead and mentor team members on SAP Fieldglass best practices.
• Work with integration teams on SAP Fieldglass integrations.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve contingent workforce management efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
• Strong experience in functional consulting, solution design and configuration.
• Experience working on ERP transformation / implementation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead teams, make functional decisions and resolve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate-level SAP Fieldglass Integration experience.
• Experience with enterprise ERP integrations.
• Data analysis and process optimization experience.
