About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. You will be assigned to support internal finance operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize billing documents (invoices, credit/debit notes)
• Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and record cash receipts
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, UBS) and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements
• Familiarity with Service Tax (SST) and Withholding Tax (WHT) is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
