This is an initial 1-YEAR contract with potential conversion to a permanent position or extension depending on performance and business needs.

The role combines sales administration, CRM management, pipeline reporting, forecasting support and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to sales teams across Asia-Pacific.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account ownership, partner mapping, territories and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify stalled opportunities and follow up with the relevant sales teams.
  • Support account approvals, deal registrations and other sales-system requests.
  • Investigate commission, reconciliation and rebate queries, coordinating with specialist teams until they are resolved.
  • Support regional forecasting cycles by validating data and consolidating forecast, risk and opportunity inputs.
  • Provide backup support for regional sales operations during leave periods and peak workloads.
  • Prepare CRM and pipeline data for business reviews, planning activities and management reporting.
  • Conduct data-quality checks and support the development of sales dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Maintain process documents, operational calendars, templates and regional knowledge resources.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business analysis, data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and validate large sets of sales data.
  • Hands-on experience supporting CRM data, sales pipelines, forecasting or territory management.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with forecasts, commissions and customer records.
  • Able to manage several requests from regional stakeholders while meeting fixed reporting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling confidential commercial information.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders across different Asia-Pacific markets and time zones.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or another reporting tool would be advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree would be preferred.
