Key Responsibilities:
o Maintain a full set of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
o Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including processing sales, purchases, accounts receivable/payable, and cash disbursements.
o Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
o Monitor outstanding payments and collections; perform regular bank reconciliations.
o Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
o Manage corporate tax matters, including preparing necessary documentation.
o Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
o Coordinate with external auditors: prepare required documents, respond to audit queries, and support year-end stock take and audit confirmations.
o Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
o Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
o 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
o Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Epicoror AutoCountis an advantage.
o Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
o Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
