About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts for a themed exhibition. You will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth through digital and on‑ground initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
Create and schedule social media content using tools like Canva, Adobe and other graphic design platforms.
Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and visitor engagement.
Maintain marketing calendars, documents, and ensure accuracy in all materials.
Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors with a service‑oriented mindset.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing; exposure to events industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Familiar with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends, public holidays and evenings when required.
