Job Summary
You will identify and recruit candidates for job openings, engage with companies to offer recruitment services, and coordinate hiring processes to meet recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and recruit suitable candidates for job openings to meet client needs
Make cold calls to companies to introduce recruitment services and generate leads
Engage HR and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to support successful placements
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to expand talent pools
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and create shortlists for clients
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to facilitate hiring decisions
Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely position fulfillment
Achieve monthly recruitment and cold-calling targets to support business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in recruitment or sales to enhance candidate sourcing and client engagement
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude to meet recruitment goals
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
