Responsibilities
【Key Responsibilities】
Pricing Strategy & Governance: Establish, monitor, and optimize pricing structures across divisions to protect profitability and brand equity.
Contract & Data Management: Create/maintain off-invoice contracts and manage off-invoice settlements; ensure high-quality, accurate data entry in SAP/NEO for on- and off-invoice conditions.
Business Partnering: Coordinate closely with Finance, Customer Care, Credit Management, and Commercial
Financial & Data Analysis: Analyze trade terms and promotional programs, translating complex commercial agreements into accurate SAP setups and clear business recommendations.
Process Efficiency & Control: Supervise reduction of customer disputes/deductions and manage manual controls where NEO lacks full end-to-end coverage (e.g., approval workflows for on-invoice conditions, off-invoice settlement processes).
【Requirements】
6 - 10 years of relevant finance & accounting experience, ideally including exposure to commercial controlling, pricing, or trade terms/contract management.
Prior experience in a CPA firm (audit background) strongly preferred
