Join MSIG's Pricing & Analytics Team, a young, dynamic, and data-driven team specializing in product pricing, data analytics, and Business Intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to work on product pricing, portfolio performance monitoring, and advanced analytics initiatives, including Machine Learning projects that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Manage BI report content, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain report documentation.
• Support data management and data analytics initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in IT (Data Analytics/Data Engineering), Mathematics, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in the general insurance industry will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of BI and database technologies such as SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, and SSIS is preferred.
• Understanding of data visualization, analytical storytelling, and reporting best practices.
• Appreciation of data quality, accuracy, and governance principles.
• Basic understanding of Information and IT Security Awareness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
