Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online stores such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, Grab, TikTok Shop & etc.
  • Upload new products and update product descriptions, prices, pictures and stock quantities.
  • Process online orders and coordinate packing and delivery.
  • Make sure orders are shipped on time.
  • Reply to customer enquiries through marketplace chat, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Handle customer complaints, cancellations, returns and refunds.
  • Follow up on delivery issues with courier companies.
  • Set up vouchers, discounts and platform campaigns.
  • Monitor online stock and coordinate with the retail outlet to avoid overselling.
  • Check customer reviews and maintain good store ratings.
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist with product photos, short videos and online promotional content.
  • Support TikTok Live and major online campaigns when required.
  • Carry out other e-commerce-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn may also apply.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic Canva, photography or video-editing skills will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
