Our client is an established specialist within the façade and curtain wall industry, delivering façade solutions for large-scale construction projects.

As part of its continued project expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade works, coordinate project stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced façade professional looking to gain international project exposure, including potential assignments in Taiwan.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of façade project execution from planning through to site completion.

You will oversee façade subcontract works, coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing the overall planning, implementation, and execution of façade / curtain wall subcontract works

• Leading project teams and coordinating manpower to ensure works progress according to project requirements

• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

• Attending client, consultant, coordination, and design meetings

• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management

• Coordinating activities across design development, procurement, production, delivery, and site installation

• Reviewing project requirements and identifying potential issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or delivery

• Ensuring subcontractors and project teams meet agreed project specifications and timelines

• Coordinating with internal design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to maintain smooth project execution

• Tracking project milestones and implementing corrective actions where required

• Supporting overseas projects and assignments, including Taiwan, when required

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will have most of the following:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or related disciplines

• Around 8–10 years of relevant experience in façade, curtain wall, building envelope, construction, or related project environments

• Strong project management experience, ideally with direct exposure to façade / curtain wall projects

• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Able to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings

• Strong understanding of construction site activities and project coordination

• Experience managing projects across design, procurement, production, delivery, and installation stages

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

• Willing to work on construction sites and adapt to project-based working arrangements

• Willing to travel for short-term business trips and overseas project assignments

• Mandarin and English proficiency would be advantageous for working with international project teams and supporting Taiwan-based project coordination
