Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Payroll processing, via TIMES Software, on a thrice monthly basis.
Payroll reports & statutory submission.
Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records
Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves
Management of employees’ enquiries on salary related matters
Assist in tax filing processes and IR21filing
Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or any related field
Experience in cleaning industry will be advantage
At least 2 years relevant experience, handing 500 or more headcount
Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills
Able to multi-task effectively
Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions
Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
Knowledge in TIMES Software is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team player with mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meet tight deadlines
