About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Distribution and Warehousing Specialist within the FIM MNEA team—a cross-country regional team responsible for distribution and warehousing operations across MNEA. In this crucial replacement role, you will ensure business continuity in Taiwan while shaping our end-to-end logistics strategy. You’ll manage tactical warehouse operations, drive supplier governance, and act as a key business advisor to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability. If you thrive on solving complex supply chain challenges, collaborating with regional stakeholders and logistics suppliers, and driving continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to build a resilient, best-in-class logistics ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end distribution and warehousing execution across global, regional, and local operational levels.
- Strengthen warehouse governance, manage third-party logistics suppliers (LSP), and lead cross-functional risk and compliance management.
- Drive logistics performance metrics, including cost avoidance, delivery precision, inventory/shipping accuracy, and warehouse fill rate.
- Serve as a functional advisor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align logistics strategy with customer and business needs.
- Conduct root cause analyses to resolve transport/warehouse operational issues and identify efficiency and footprint reduction opportunities.
- Promote eco-friendly, compliant, and cost-effective transport and storage execution to support global sustainability goals.
- Utilize enterprise systems and tools (e.g., SAP WM, TMS, Primelog, Tracy) to streamline supply chain processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial thinking abilities with a risk/compliance awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and cross-functional collaboration skills with third-party suppliers.
- A proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset dedicated to continuous operational improvement.
- Fluent English communication skills with the confidence to initiate action, resolve challenges, and drive decisions.
