Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair instant and storage-type water heaters.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic checks to identify and fix faults.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers during site visits.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards during servicing.
Advise customers on proper maintenance and safe operation of water heaters.
Manage spare parts and tools for efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
Possess valid Class 3 / 3A driving license (mandatory).
Basic experience in electrical and plumbing work preferred.
