• Provide Beauty, Eyelash and Manicure/Pedicure services to customers
• Lead the outlet team in achieving outlet sales target
• Achieve personal sales target
• Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
• Responsible for daily outlet operations
• Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
• Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of working experience in beauty industry is required for this position
• Proven sales records in beauty industry
