Job Responsibilities

• Perform general kitchen stewarding and ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Support on-site catering operations, including setup, service, logistics, and dismantling.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and storage areas.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and transporting food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.

• Support the catering team in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift and move catering equipment and supplies.\
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Previous experience in kitchen stewarding, catering, or food service is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates
