We are looking for a creative and hands-on Event Marketing Executive to plan, promote, and execute events and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, campaigns, promotions, festive activities, product launches, and special projects.
• Develop creative event concepts and marketing ideas based on business objectives and target audiences.
• Manage the full event process from concept development, budgeting and preparation to on-site execution and post-event review.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, performers, suppliers, partners, KOLs/influencers, and other external parties.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities, including campaign content, event promotions, and publicity materials.
• Identify and coordinate KOL/influencer collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Work closely with designers/content creators to prepare posters, videos, social media content, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new trends, event concepts, and promotional opportunities.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, manpower, equipment, entertainment, guest arrangements, and event schedules.
• Attend and manage events on-site, including selected evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Monitor campaign/event performance and prepare post-event reports with results, feedback, and recommendations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong event experience, creativity, and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools will be an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating and coordinating with vendors, partners, KOLs, performers, and customers.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required for events.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
