AMK Technology Hiring! Full Time Performance Test Engineer (5- years) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing and a solid background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance testing tools and be comfortable working with complex banking applications and multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform performance testing for banking applications and complex systems.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business flows, Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), and application architecture.
• Prepare test environments, test data, and performance test scenarios.
• Execute load, stress, and performance tests and monitor system performance.
• Analyse test results and identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
• Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and client teams to resolve performance-related issues.
• Support performance testing across applications involving technologies such as Mainframe, AS400, and other banking platforms.
• Ensure performance testing activities follow the SDLC and QA processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with HP LoadRunner and/or JMeter.
• Experience working as a Performance Test Engineer for 5–6 years.
• 8–10 years of experience in the Banking domain.
• Good understanding of banking areas such as Cards, Payments, Loans, and Core Banking.
• Experience testing complex applications involving multiple systems and technologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and experience working with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with APM/monitoring tools.
• Experience with Mainframe and AS400 environments.
• Experience in defining performance test frameworks and approaches.
