Responsibilities

Content & Community

• Create clear, on-brand social and written content for product listings, social posts, and email updates that attract interest and drive engagement.
• Manage content calendars, basic content editing, and community outreach to keep customers informed and involved.

Events & Operations

• Plan and execute on-ground events and activations, handling vendor coordination, materials, permits, and attendee management.
• Run on-site event operations and post-event follow-up, capturing feedback and basic performance notes.

Strategy & Reporting

• Support marketing campaigns by tracking simple metrics, preparing brief reports, and suggesting practical improvements.
• Help align content and event plans with seasonal promotions and sales priorities to boost visibility and footfall.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field preferred; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome.
• Approximately 0 years of hands-on marketing experience expected; readiness to learn on the job and support event work is essential.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience or coursework in content creation, social media marketing, and basic content management.
• Familiarity with event planning basics, vendor coordination, and simple marketing performance tracking.

• Clear communicator who can write simply and speak confidently with vendors and customers.
