Our client is an MNC Insurer, currently seeking QA Lead to support their digital transformation projects across the company.

Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
• Define and continuously improve the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices
• Own test planning, risk-based testing, and release readiness across multiple products/projects
• Drive test automation initiatives (framework design, CI/CD integration, coverage goals)
• Establish and track quality metrics (defect leakage, automation coverage, cycle time, etc.) and report to leadership
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and process improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or lead role
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, etc.)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
