What The Role Is

You will drive units' compliance to policies and guidelines in the establishment, review, and renewal of contracts under the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), while maintaining oversight of the contract portfolio and conducting gap analyses to ensure contracts adequately support operations.

What You Will Be Working On

• Provide end-to-end advisory and support in the domain of contract management
• Develop and maintain the Contract Master List to ensure an accurate and up-to-date overview of all contracts supporting the DIS
• Conduct gap analysis on the adequacy of existing contracts in supporting DIS operations, and propose practical solutions to address identified gaps
• Function as part of the secretariat team for the DIS Contract Renewal and Establishment (CRE) forum
• Leverage data tools and software to derive actionable insights that support decision-making on contract management and outsourcing strategies

• Managing diverse and dynamic outsourcing requirements to meet the DIS's evolving operational needs
• Managing exposure to outsourcing risks arising from expanding industry engagement, while ensuring robust governance and compliance
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in any field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy formulation or enforcement, policy development or enforcement, and/or contract management or execution is preferred
• Familiarity with outsourcing strategies and risk management practices in the context of contract management and execution
• Meticulous analytical skills with proficiency in data and productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to derive actionable insights for decision-making
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse groups of stakeholders effectively
• Independent, objective, and a resourceful team player
