Our client, a Singapore-based interior design, renovation, and design-and-build company. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale HDB building projects, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and budget objectives.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, shop drawings, and material approvals with relevant authorities and consultants.
• Oversee structural, architectural, interior fit-out, and M&E coordination.
• Support tender evaluation, technical reviews, and procurement activities.
• Ensure projects achieve company KPIs relating to quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or other recognised discipline accepted by BCA Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in the building construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing building construction projects.
• Hands-on HDB project experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with a BCA Grade A1 Main Contractor is highly preferred.
• Accredited under the Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) administered by SCAL at Tier A or Tier A-Star.
• Completed the following accredited courses:
  
  • Design for Safety Appreciation Course (DfS)
  • Registered Earthworks Supervisor (RES) Course
• Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural, finishing, and M&E works.
• Excellent project planning, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
