Florenza Flooring Hiring! Full Time Senior Site Supervisor (Flooring Construction) in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Site Supervisor to oversee flooring installation projects. We offer real career growth, strong team support & zero office politics. The role involves site coordination, quality control, documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time with proper standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle site documentation (material approval, shop drawings, method statements)

- Conduct site measurements for material ordering and complete measurement records

- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor site progress, quality control & installation works

- Inspect subfloor conditions (leveling, cracks, moisture, etc.)

- Coordinate with main contractor, suppliers & installers to ensure smooth workflow

- Attend site meetings and handle site-related complaints or issues

- Issue formal letters for site delays, EOT when required

- Ensure project timeline, safety & workmanship standards are met

- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

- Diploma/Cert in Construction / Civil / Building / QS (preferred)

- 3 to 4 years site experience (flooring/finishing is a plus)

- Able to read floor plan, drawings & perform measurements

- Strong communication skills (English & BM)

- Responsible, proactive & able to work independently
