About Us

Bercitarasa Sdn. Bhd. is the company operating Mee Tarik Faizal Kong. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

1. Outlet Operations

• Supervise and support daily operations at outlets。
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and preparation according to SOPs.
• Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to maintain sufficient stock and supplies.
• Assist outlets in handling equipment issues, including reporting, coordination with suppliers/technicians, and following up on repairs or replacements.

2. Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.

3. Administration & Reporting

• Record daily operational data such as sales, wastage, and manpower updates.
• Monitor outlet expenses and assist in cost control efforts.
• Compile simple reports and operational updates for management review.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal, and health regulations.
• Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks at outlets.
• Assist in implementing company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support new outlet openings, promotional activities, and menu rollouts.
• Assist in implementing company policies and new operational systems.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in F&B operations or related field.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word / Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of kitchen or outlet equipment maintenance is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
