Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager – HEYTEA (Sunway Carnival Mall)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Monitor sales performance, manpower, inventory, wastage and cash handling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, food safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Train, coach and monitor staff performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily manpower allocation.
• Monitor product quality, stock levels and outlet cleanliness.
• Support promotions, new product launches and other company initiatives.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of F&B / retail / hospitality experience for Store Manager.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Assistant Store Manager.
• Experience in café, beverage, restaurant or retail outlet operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Candidates with relevant F&B experience are encouraged to apply.
