Job Description

Responsibilities

Raja's Catering is one of Singapore's established Indian wedding and events caterers, and we are expanding. We are looking for a hands-on Catering Operations & Logistics Executive to own the operational backbone of our catering business — from kitchen dispatch to on-time delivery, supplier and delivery-partner coordination, food-safety compliance, and the reporting that keeps management informed. This is a role with real ownership and a clear KPI-based incentive structure that rewards strong performance as the business grows.

THE ROLE
You will own catering operations and logistics end-to-end. You will:
  • Oversee packing and dispatch — ensure every order is packed correctly, completely, and on schedule for each event.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries — build delivery routes and timings across multiple simultaneous events, especially weekend peaks.
  • Source and negotiate with delivery partners and transport vendors to keep logistics reliable and cost-effective.
  • Enforce SFA food-safety and hygiene compliance across handling, transport, and storage; keep operations audit-ready.
  • Prepare and submit GeBIZ / government and corporate tender bids and quotations.
  • Handle partnership and client outreach by email — build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and corporate clients.
  • Produce weekly and monthly operations reports from backend order data (fulfilment, delivery performance, costs).
MUST-HAVES
  • Prior experience in catering, F&B, logistics, or events operations.
  • Strong coordination and scheduling ability — able to manage many moving parts under time pressure.
  • Comfortable with supplier/vendor negotiation and cost control.
  • Good written communication for outreach, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Working knowledge of SFA food-safety / hygiene standards (or willingness to certify).
  • Class 3 driving licence preferred.
  • Comfortable with weekend and public-holiday event work.
COMPENSATION
  • Base salary: SGD 3,000–3,500/month, depending on experience.
  • Monthly performance incentives on top of base, tied to clear KPIs: 100% order fulfilment, zero delivery-timing errors, zero customer complaints, positive/5-star customer reviews, minimum partnership/outreach targets, and on-time weekly and monthly reporting.
  • A strong performer hitting all KPIs consistently can earn SGD 4,500–5,000+/month total, growing with the business.
  • Transport / mobile allowances and claims where applicable.
  • Overtime, rest days, annual leave and medical leave per Singapore Employment Act.
