Roles & Responsibilities

Case Management & Investigation

• Investigate reported incidents of student misconduct.
• Provide timely updates to school stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate electronic student case logs.
• Monitor completion of student follow-up actions.

Student Intervention & Support

• Facilitate student reflection and reconciliation sessions.
• Conduct regular pastoral check-ins with identified students.
• Support teachers with student intervention plans.
• Coordinate daily Recess Suspension supervision duties.
• Oversee designated In-School Suspension student sessions.

Administration

• Compile regular student management statistical reports.
• Provide general administrative backup for school operations.

Job Requirements

• Registration: Must be actively registered with the Ministry of Education via REMS.
• Education: Minimum of a recognized Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Pleasant disposition with excellent team communication skills.
• Preferred Experience: Prior work experience with primary school students.
• Preferred Background: Training in counseling, behavior management, or restorative practices

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
