FMX (M) SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Indoor Sales Support Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will play an important role in converting marketing and lead generation campaigns into sales opportunities by contacting potential customers through cold calls, email, and other communication channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in customer engagement, follow-up, and working towards sales KPIs and targets. Experience in forwarding, freight, or logistics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and other lead generation activities.
• Contact prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and other channels to identify sales opportunities.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to obtain quotations and prepare sales proposals.
• Prepare One-Off Quotations (OOQ) and other sales-related documentation when required.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, contact details, and sales activities in the system.
• Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any logistical issues.
• Maintain a good understanding of FMX products, services, pricing, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales KPIs, targets, and telesales performance objectives.
• Work closely with the Sales and other internal teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, or sales support is preferred.
• Experience in a freight forwarding, courier, logistics, or supply chain environment will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Knowledge of forwarding, logistics services, and related processes is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a KPI-focused environment.

UOA Business Park, Section U1, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Working hour:
Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)
