1. Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations

2. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery processes

3. Handle scheduling, and documentation

4. Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

5. Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics/transportation industry

• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Familiar with transportation documentation (added advantage)

• Posses minimally class 3 driving license (added advantage)
