Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds with an interest in the financial industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate and write effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia due to the nature of the business.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to take on new challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research on financial products and market developments.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing clients' financial profiles for personal financial planning.
• Participate in company meetings, conferences and training sessions.
• Assist with customer relationship management for corporate clients.
• Gain exposure to HR activities, including the recruitment and screening of potential interns.
• Assist in preparing and drafting financial planning documents.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to financial consultants and advisors.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the management from time to time.
