• To maintain comprehensive records / logs on customer complaint and keep track of issues till effective closure
• To maintain customer equipment status/movement & reporting to management and finally to supplier
• To organize and prepare supplier, customer meeting
• Scheduling of engineer service job scope by:
• Liaising and communicate with customers for service scheduling, quotation etc
• Liaising and communicate with engineers for service matters
• Liaising and communicate with suppliers related to service, trouble shooting, repair and etc
  

• To maintain licensing and permit upkeep and record

• New system installation information sharing

• To co-ordinate service engineers training arrangements and records

• Reporting difficult or unresolved issues to management
