Company’s & Related Company’s Account

• Full set of accounts
• Cost analysis
• Preparation of cashflow
• GST and Tax preparation
• Financial reporting
• Year-end stocktake
• Preparation for year-end audit
• Tax matters including submission of estimated chargeable income (ECI)
• Adhoc reporting and other tasks that will be assigned in related to the job
• Material Price Variance Analysis
• Payroll

Administrative/Maintenance

• Renewal of contracts & tenancy agreement
• Monthly maintenance of buildings
• Renewal of insurance
• Purchase of miscellaneous items e.g. stationeries, grocery
• Other ad-hoc activities in related to day to day running of the company

ISO

• Review on electricity & water usage
• Update training records

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.

· 3–8 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.

· Knowledge of inventory control and costing reports.

· Experience with accounting system migration, including transitioning from SAP to another accounting software.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
