About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FPSO Planner / Reporting Engineer to support the delivery of a major offshore FPSO development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis throughout the EPCIC lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work within a large international project team supporting a complex FPSO development from engineering through commissioning and start-up.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and measure performance against approved baselines.
- Conduct schedule analysis, critical path reviews and identify recovery opportunities.
- Coordinate planning activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop KPIs, S-curves, dashboards and schedule performance metrics.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis and schedule risk management activities.
- Interface with contractors and package teams to consolidate progress reporting.
- Participate in project reviews, planning workshops and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with project planning and reporting procedures.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling or Project Controls within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven FPSO project experience.
- Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
- Experience supporting EPC or EPCIC project execution.
- Previous Operator-side project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce management-level reports and presentations.
- Basic Fire Fighting Certificate (or willingness to obtain before mobilisation).
- Ability to provide 2-3 professional references.
Preferred Skills
- Greenfield offshore oil & gas project experience.
- Experience on large-scale offshore developments.
- Knowledge of schedule risk analysis methodologies.
- International project experience within multicultural teams.

Location: Initial project phase in Europe, followed by assignment in South East Asia region
