Key Responsibilities

• Upkeep of Listed Companies database to track directors' tenure and management profile for director sourcing leads and new talent pool.
• Assist in filling up membership application forms for corporate members and their directors to expedite the consent, approval, and admission process.
• Monthly tracking of membership benefits usage and renewal and proposed action plan.
• Manage the compilation and suitability of candidates into Annual Board Candidates Catalogue.
• Execute candidates' search from multiple sources and categorize them into an appropriate level of suitability in accordance with a set of criteria from the Director Sourcing clients.
• Input details of members, potential members, and director sourcing clients into ZOHO.
• Maintain relevant ICDM Portal content for accuracy in a timely manner.
• Support all member's engagement events (onsite or virtual) and activities.
• Support any other tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience/role
• Proficiency in English
• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent to work experience
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability with integrity and good business acumen
• High work ethic with professionalism
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm, team spirit, and high adaptability
• Good organizational skills
• Fast learner, able to work in a high-paced environment with minimum supervision
