The Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS) (please refer to our website at ************* for more information), would like to invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:-

Clerical Officer

(Kuala Lumpur)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To assist and support the dispute resolution/Consumer Engagement Analysis’s team in handling correspondence and/or inquiries related to disputes referred to FMOS.

Minimum Job Qualifications

i) qualified with a minimum education level of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) ;

ii) preferably with at least 1 year of work experience.

iii) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements

· Good Interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Must be computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

· Able to work independently and efficiently

· Able to multitask in a dynamic environment

· Dynamic, pro-active, and enthusiastic

Remuneration:

· Salary is negotiable
