Wyndham Suites KLCC Hiring! Full Time Kitchen Assistant cum Service Crew in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

1) Kitchen Preparation & Food Service (Primary Role)

• Assist in kitchen preparation work including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Keep kitchen, utensils, and preparation areas clean and organized.

2) Inventory & Maintenance

• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

3) Daily Operations

• Assist with outlet opening and closing duties.
• Ensure service areas, equipment, and supplies are properly prepared.
• Support smooth daily operations for both kitchen and service areas.

4) Sales & Cash Handling

• Promote F&B products and assist with upselling. Handle customer payments and daily sales transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and provide friendly customer service.
• Handle food order processing and coordinate customer pickups.
• Support WynSports and WynSnow operations when needed.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Hotel, Business, Culinary Arts, Operations Management or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 years of experience in operations management is advantageous, preferably in kitchen and food service.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wyndham Suites KLCC.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays.
• Available for morning (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) or afternoon (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) shifts.
• Willing to support multiple roles including food preparation, service, and cleaning duties.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
